Our clients

Since 2012 we have run procurement for government bodies and Fortune 500s across the Gulf. The list below is who we have done the work for, not a partner directory or a logo wall borrowed from a parent company.

Who we work for

Our consultants have led procurement for the Central Bank of the UAE, for the UAE Ministry of Finance across more than thirty federal entities, and for Schneider Electric. Between them the team has taken more than $3 billion of spend under management across 40 categories and 15 countries.

That breadth matters for one practical reason. When you engage us on a category, the consultant who arrives has usually sourced it before, in this region, under comparable regulation. The alternative is paying someone to learn your category at your expense.

Questions we get asked

Can you share references?

Yes, on request and with the client's agreement, matched to your sector and category. We would rather introduce you to someone who ran a comparable engagement than hand over a written testimonial, because the questions you actually want answered are not the ones a testimonial covers.

Do you work with government entities?

Extensively. Government and public sector is our largest sector by engagement count, including the Central Bank of the UAE and the Ministry of Finance across more than thirty federal entities. We work within your procurement regulations and to the documentation standards your audit function expects.

Are these clients of the consultancy, or of the group?

Of the consultancy. Tail spend and the METIS platform sit with our sister company, CollectiveSpend Technology, and its clients are not counted here.

We are smaller than the organisations listed. Is that a problem?

No, and it often makes the work easier, because there are fewer stakeholders between a decision and its implementation. What matters is whether the addressable spend justifies the engagement, which the free diagnostic will tell you before you commit to anything.

Where to start

Run the free procurement maturity diagnostic for a scored view of where the gaps are, or talk to a consultant about this specific problem. Both take less time than a meeting about having a meeting.
